TexCare was founded in 1988 and produces a range of completely unique products that preserve your clothes far better than ever before. TexCare has a dealer network of clothing stores, dry cleaners and leather goods stores all over Denmark.
But if you live far from a dealer, or prefer to shop in the TexCare Webshop, you have this easy option here, so the goods are delivered to your door or to a pick-up point you choose yourself among DAO or PostDanmark - delivered if you are home to sign, or to the nearest parcel delivery point.

The TexCare Webshop is SSL secured. SSL encrypts the data traffic between the texcare.dk webshop and our visitors, so no one can hack card information or other sensitive information entered on the TexCare website. Your information is processed securely and confidentially when you enter your name, address, or card information on texcare.dk.
The Secure Socket Layer (SSL) security certificate protects user communication between the server visited by the user and the user's Internet browser.
According to Danish law, any website and webshop that handles personal information must ensure that this information is protected by a security certificate.

Ekspedition og forsendelse. Du modtager straks efter bestillingen en bekræftelse i din mailboks.

Du får løbende besked via mail eller SMS om, hvor din pakke er, og når og hvor din pakke kan afhentes.

Delivery time. We deliver your order immediately. Normally the package arrives the next day, and max 2 days. This also applies during the Covid-19 crisis. You decide whether the package comes to the door, or for collection at the nearest parcel shop.

Backorder. It almost never happens, but if an item is not in stock, it will be placed in backorder for delivery as soon as possible. In that case, you will be contacted via e-mail with the option to delete the order instead of waiting for the item to return.

Prices. All prices on www.texcare.dk are in Danish kroner and include 25% VAT. If the purchase is made by a company with a valid VAT number, the VAT can of course be deducted.

At TexCare Webshop, you can pay with Visa, Visa/Dankort, Visa Electron, MasterCard, MasterCard Direct, Maestro, PayPal, and MobilePay.

Credit card security. Paying with payment cards in Danish online stores is safe! TexCare is also secured with an SSL certificate: 
The Consumer Council recommends using payment cards online rather than bank transfers, as consumers are simply best protected when paying with a payment card.
We use a PBS certified Payment Gateway. This means that the data you send can only be read by PBS. The payment gateway is an electronic cash register that ensures card approval and SSL encrypted transfer of amounts. The Payment Gateway meets the latest security requirements, also beyond the transaction itself, such as Firewall, virus protection and more. The Payment Gateway uses 128-bit SSL encryption of card and account information and is virtually unbreakable. Since SSL 128-bit encryption is the latest security standard, this may mean that it is not possible to complete a transaction if an older browser version is used.
When you pay with a payment card online, you're protected from misuse. You have the option to reject a payment when you receive your payment statement. You have no deductible if your card is misused in an online store that uses SSL (Secure Socket Layer) in its payment system. This makes you more secure than in the physical world, where you have a deductible of DKK 1200 if your Dankort is misused using the PIN code.
The amount for your purchase will only be charged once the order is dispatched. You will always receive an order confirmation via e-mail, and the amount charged will never be greater than what you approved at the time of purchase.

Dankort Secured by Nets: For amounts over 450 kr, you will receive an SMS code to enter at the time of purchase, unless you have previously filled in: "Returning customer" on the webshop – the same page where you normally enter your name and address. Then we'll remember you, so you don't have to wait for an SMS code and enter it in the form. So, it's only necessary the first time you buy TexCare.

Control digits
The control digits are a three-digit code that is used to increase security when paying by card on the internet and via the telephone. The code, which is also called CW code (Visa) or CVC code (Mastercard/Eurocard), is printed in the signature field on the back of your card. The code is based on a mathematical algorithm, which is based on the card number and expiry date. If the code is entered correctly, it indicates that the card is genuine.
TexCare does not store the information you provide for control digits. If you want to know more about control digits, ask your bank or card issuer.

Right of complaint. TexCare provides a 2-year right to complain in accordance with the Sales of Goods Act, covering manufacturing and material defects that are found during the normal use of the item/product. The right to complain does not cover defects or damage, directly or indirectly caused as a result of incorrect use, where instructions for use have not been followed. Complaints about defects and deficiencies that should be discovered after a short period of use of the item, normally 14 days / max 2 months must be notified to TexCare in writing by email. The item can subsequently be returned for exchange or, by agreement, possibly be credited. In connection with complaint cases, TexCare covers return costs to a reasonable extent.

In case of damaged goods. If the goods are damaged during shipment, claims should be directed to PostDanmark. If the package is visibly damaged, the claim must be made within 2 days; for non-visible damage, within 7 days of receipt.

Manglende levering. Skulle det ske, at pakken ikke kommer frem til forventet tid, bedes du rette henvendelse til TexCare, som straks vil checke at varen er sendt rettidig herfra, og derefter til forsendelsesfirmaet, hvis forsinkelsen er sket under transporten.

Returnering ved Fejl og Mangler. Vi bestræber os på altid at levere de korrekte varer. Skulle der dog opstå en fejl i din ordre, eller modtager du en vare med en mangel, har du ret til at få dette udbedret.

Ved fejllevering: Hvis du modtager en forkert vare, beder vi dig kontakte vores kundeservice hurtigst muligt. Vi vil sørge for at sende den korrekte vare til dig uden ekstra omkostninger. Hvis en ny forsendelse ikke ønskes, kan du returnere hele ordren og få refunderet købesummen samt eventuelle fragtomkostninger.

Ved gentagne fejl: Hvis der gentagne gange sker en fejl ved levering af din ordre, har du ret til at annullere købet og returnere hele forsendelsen. Vi dækker i sådanne tilfælde returfragten.

Returmetode: For at sikre en smidig returproces vil vi fremsende en returlabel, som du kan bruge til at returnere varerne via en pakkeshop. Vi tilbyder ikke afhentning på hjemmeadressen, men vi vil naturligvis bestræbe os på at finde en løsning, hvis særlige forhold gør sig gældende. Som udgangspunkt skal kunden aflevere forsendelsen i den pakkeshop, som pakkelabelen er udstedt til. Det vil være DAO, eller BRING, hvis pakken vejer over 2 kg.

Tilbagebetaling: Når vi har modtaget returvarerne, tilbagebetaler vi det fulde beløb, inklusive fragtomkostninger for den oprindelige forsendelse. Tilbagebetalingen sker via den betalingsmetode, der blev anvendt ved købet.

Right of complaint via ODR, which from 9 January 2017 is a new online complaints body, should make it easier for consumers who shop across borders to have a complaint regarding a purchase on the internet processed.
If you want to complain about your purchase, you must first contact TexCare. If, contrary to expectations, we are unable to find a solution, you can submit a complaint to the Center for Complaint Resolution in Nævnenes Hus, Toldboden 2, 8800 Viborg, at www.forbrug.dk.)

TexCare does not share buyer information with third parties. Cookies are used in this online shop to keep track of purchased items when goods are selected, and to save the delivery address. You can also choose to receive info emails from TexCare.
Data collected by this site is used to:
a. Receive and process orders
b. Manage and improve the site and service
c. Monitor customer account status beyond what is required for individual purchases
d. Only pass on information to third parties for the delivery of goods.

Right of withdrawal. If you regret the purchase of an item, it can be returned. If you send an unambiguous message to TexCare in writing (mail/letter) within 14 days of receiving the package that you have regretted the purchase, you can return the item to our above-mentioned address within a further 14 days in the same condition and quantity as you received it. You pay for the return shipment yourself. If the item has been used, or appears depreciated upon return, TexCare is entitled to deduct the amount from the item's original price that the depreciation is assessed to constitute. The buyer bears the risk upon return if the item does not arrive in undamaged condition.
You must enclose information that makes it possible for us to identify you. That is, you must remember to write your name, address and telephone number, and provide your bank's registration and account number so that we can transfer the money to you. When the item has been received and approved, we will credit the item's price.
If the item disappears or is damaged during shipment, upon return, you bear the risk for it.
The buyer cannot exercise his right of withdrawal by merely refusing to pick up or receive the item when it arrives. You must also submit a written notice of cancellation (mail or letter)
The customer bears the risk for the item during the return to TexCare. This means that if the item disappears or is damaged along the way, TexCare will not refund the purchase price, unless the item still has a sales value.

Venue. Any dispute involving TexCare is subject to Danish law with the court in Randers, Denmark, as the court of first instance, unless otherwise provided by mandatory legislation. This also applies to sales abroad, Greenland and the Faroe Islands.
