We received these photos of this Ralph Lauren item via email from an online store customer who probably thought: “You can’t possibly restore colors that have clearly been washed out.” “I’ll just take a couple of pictures—they won’t fool me,” she said, and then she took this photo.
Instead, the customer was so thrilled with the result that she happily sent us the photos.

We saved several hundred kroner because, as it turned out, her son couldn’t use the expensive Ralph Lauren detergent. Now he can. I asked if I could use the photos in our awareness campaign as tangible proof. She was happy to let me use her photos to spread the word about our fantastic detergent.
